Partnership & Sales Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. This position reports to the Partnership & Sales Manager.

2. Assist the Partnership & Sales Manager to develop strategy to achieve sales goals and KPI

3. Assist the Partnership & Sales Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

4. Assist the Partnership & Sales Manager in developing and executing partnership programs

5. Able to articulate and be creative in utilizing your product and customer knowledge to close deal

6. Manage existing accounts and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat collaboration

7. Provide support in preparing sales proposals and presentations and participate in meetings with clients and partners

8. Prepare development process reports and forecasts to internal management and key stakeholders

9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns

10. Conduct market research to identify potential partners and industry trends

11. Ensure all sales and partnership processes are documented and up to date

12. Monitor and report on sales and partnership performance metrics

13. Some general knowledge of educational and enrichment programs

14. Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

1. At least 2-4 years of professional Sales/Partnership experience, including in sales management/business development and preferably in hospitality and attraction industry

2. Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

3. Strong creativity, organisational and problem-solving skills.

4. Meticulous, sensitive to number and excellent time management with the capability to multitask simultaneous ongoing projects.

5. Able to work independently and as part of a team and share best practice with colleagues to achieve the overall aims of Company


Qualifications Requirements:

1. Degree in business administration with sales or relationship management or marketing related


Technical Competencies:

1. Experienced in advanced skills using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
