Job Scope
- Consistently recruit and hire new staff from posting job advertisement, reviewing resumes, interviewing and handling on-boarding process
- Training, counseling and coaching employees
- Keeping track of employee performance
- Overseeing and manage benefits and compensation
- Managing and improve communication within the organization
- Managing organizational culture
- Creating a safe and inclusive work environment
- Handling conflicts and disciplinary actions
- Handling Payroll duties (Manual)
- Any other job responsibilities and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management and above.
- Min. 1-2 years prior HR generalist & payroll processing working function
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and able to work independently as well
- Comfortable handling manual overtime processing
