Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and cleaning of swimming pools. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of swimming pools, including cleaning, vacuuming, and chemical balancing.
• Conduct routine checks of pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters, and perform necessary repairs or replacements as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pool systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and address any concerns or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory of supplies.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
1. No experience needed (Training Will be provided)
2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
5. Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments.
