Overview:
- This position will work in our client office and join to the various projects through maintaining and enhancing their systems.
- In order to proceed with the projects, this position requires to communicate with stakeholders and end users on related systems.
Experiences & Requirements:
- 8 years IT experience in IT project of Financial Institution.
- Possess strong communication skills to communicate with Japanese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders and technical documents written in Japanese or English.
- Flexibly respond to a client’s request.
- Proactive stance and try to find the work to be done by themselves.
- Knowledge of banking systems.
- Experience working with Japanese companies and understanding of Japanese culture to build a better relationship with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
The expected responsibilities are;
- Gather, analyze, and formalize user’s business requirements and processes.
- Lead discussion with customers, drive requirement gathering session, including reviews/walkthroughs.
- Review project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/ Use Case Specifications to ensure that it meets the customer’s requirement and conforms to quality management process standards and procedures to minimize rework.
- Review or develop technical design specification and translate technical design into process/program specification.
- Lead in preparation of test scenarios, conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) and the activities in UAT phase.
- Manage and escalate critical issues such as scope creep with the relevant managers.
- Maintain good reports to manage their expectations in terms of project scope and schedule.
- Guide the team in understanding the system architecture design and information architecture design.
