This role will be reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements.
- Provide ongoing support for day-to-day HR operations.
- Execute efficient in-house procedures to monitor and manage the status of recruitment activities.
- Lead the employer branding initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end application processes and tracking of government-related grants for new joiners.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.
skills and experience required
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant experience
- Experience in mass recruitment will be advantageous.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills, high level of initiative and able to work independently
