RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide consulting related to BIM project implementation in accordance with the defined project’s objectives.
- Oversee quality control throughout BIM implementation project life cycle.
- Involve in the development of the BIM execution plan, BIM scope, schedule, and budget.
- Advice in emerging technologies associated with BIM and developed opportunities, process improvement, application, and data integration.
- Communicate current practices and procedures with other consultants.
- BIM consultation and related services (model integration, scheduling attributes using modelled info, etc.) for design, construction, and post-construction activities.
- Collect, integrate and audit BIM data and processes as defined in the BIM Requirements, design codes, and authority regulation.
- Audit BIM model and data to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BIM issues pertaining to BIM projects.
- Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and sub-contractors.
- Collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines and sub-contractors to deliver and manage BIM data.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or GIS / Building Science related domains.
- Preferably have experience with construction IT including BIM/VDC related software including but not limited to 3D parametric modeling (Revit, Tekla, etc), coordination (Navisworks, etc), rendering and animation (Lumion, 3ds Max, etc).
- 5 years of BIM-related Design and/or Construction experience with demonstrated progression of technical knowledge.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Salary: From $5,000-$6,000 / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
