Senior Software Engineer

You will lead a cross-functional team to develop a B2B e-commerce cybersecurity platform with SaaS functionality based on existing in-house solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarize with Ensign’s business domain of cybersecurity and existing in-house tools.
• Guide the outsourced team in the development of a B2B e-commerce platform
• Lead the development of SaaS-flow for existing in-house cybersecurity solutions, to enable them to be accessed via the B2B e-commerce platform.
• Be familiar with both front-end and back-end dev and UIUX design to guide a small development team working on the above project.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity domain is preferred.
• Evaluate potential solutions relating to analytics web applications and make recommendations to solve business problems
• Deploy to and administer cloud-based web application platforms
• Monitor and respond to production issues
• Ability to design and supervise QA / testing for code

Requirements:

• BS/MS in computer science from a reputable university (preferred, or sufficient certifications to demonstrate technical knowledge)
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience working on web applications, preferably with SaaS development experience
• Deep knowledge in Javascript as a full-stack dev.
• Preferably some experience working with e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native development and deployment
• A creative thinker who understands User Interface design
• Strong awareness of data security, data governance and performance, with an ability to deliver these key non-functional requirements
• Excellent technical skills
