Responsibilities:
- Identify, research and develop new business opportunities for growth.
- Analyse the market and industrial segments data and trend
- Develop, maintain and grow new markets through strategic partnering.
- To lead and prepare cost estimation based on tender specifications
- To lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with vendors
- Liaison with ship owners and vendors on project requirements and costs
- Develop the opportunity pipeline and convert leads into order books.
Requirements:
- Preferably more than 8 years in Commercial Sales, Marine, Engineering or Marketing fields related to any of the sectors in marine/ ship repair / shipbuilding / owner’s rep / offshore equipments / offshore vessels / offshore fabrications
- Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
- Knowledge in the Marketing and Business Development relating to the Marine Industry and Yachting community is preferred
- Strong experience in cost estimation and analysis for ship repair projects
- Experience in subcontracting and major equipment procurement is advantageous
- Familiar with bidding and tender protocols.
- Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple opportunities and projects concurrently
- Out-going with ability to communicate and market ideas and concepts
- High attention to personal presentation and ability to converse in a professional manner
- Critical attention to detail, and be success driven.
- Must be willing to travel, and at short notice when required

- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
