Senior Accountant/Assistant Finance Manager
Working day: Mon – Fri 9am - 6pm
Salary range: $4000 - $6000
Working Location: Bishan
Job requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA qualification or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS Reporting requirements
- Excellent knowledge of tax computation and reporting requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences
- Experience in managing multiple entities an added advantage
- Experience in External audit an added advantage
- Knowledge of sophisticated ERP an added advantage
Job scope
Manage financial closing process and audit for Singapore entities
Perform costing analysis, identifying and highlight areas of improvement to Business unit to assess in improving overall margin
Involve in month end closing process from preparing journal to prepare management report
Review financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report for analysis
Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of entity financial statements including supporting of group reporting pack
Review of GST computation and form to ensure compliance with GST Laws
Prepare audit schedules or balance sheet reconciliation to ensure items are clear off on timely basis
Oversee the cost control function with support from the team
Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent and/ or any consultant regarding Accounting and Taxation matter
