Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers about Ascend mature solutions, cases, and product performance, design and implement customized solutions based on requirements, and raise high-value competitiveness requirements for the platform. Incubate joint solutions with ISVs in various industry application scenarios based on the competitiveness of Ascend.
2. Huawei cooperates with partners to train and optimize PyTorch/MindSpore/TensorFlow models based on the Atlas hardware platform, improving the performance and precision of model adaptation to Ascend.
3. Dedicate to AI framework and model adaptation development and optimization, and work with partners to design, build, migrate, and adapt AI solutions to support high-quality project delivery and improve product efficiency and experience.
4. Closely follow the latest developments in the field of deep learning and apply new technologies and methods to projects.
C Q Requirements
Expertise:
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer/electronic communications, etc.
2. Have general knowledge of more than one development language, such as Python, C++, and Java. Be familiar with open source tools or platforms in the AI field.
3. Have experience in AI, big data, and cloud computing, and be able to design and implement AI industry projects.
Business skills:
1. Have basic AI knowledge, such as deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing, and be familiar with at least one mainstream AI computing framework.
2. Experience in developing or using AI chips, operators, AI frameworks, and AI cloud platforms is preferred.
3. Experience in industry application solution design and implementation, and model optimization is preferred.
4. Be able to adapt to domestic business trips, partner communication, and activity support.
5. Clear logical thinking, proactive, responsible, good team communication and collaboration skills, and able to collaborate with team members from different backgrounds to solve complex technical problems.
6. Willingness to continue learning and actively track the latest trends in artificial intelligence and deep learning.
