Global Rotational Development Program Engineer (GRDP)
Roles and Responsibilities:
You as a Global Rotational Development Program (GRDP) would undergo a 2-year program of integrated
development assignments for Mechanical and Industrial Engineers fresh Graduates. During the program You
would be exposed to four key manufacturing functional areas through 6-month rotations in Quality,
Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials Management and Production Supervision.
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED
- Work and rotate through manufacturing functions to gain plant operations experience including
- Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Management, Shop Floor Supervision and Quality Engineering.
- Perform on-the-job training related to the GRDP rotation plan this helps you to Skill Develop and Build
- stronger Network
- Mastering methods, procedures, and standards required for the rotation duties will benefit you by
- enhancing your Performance
- Performance Goal-setting and rotation objectives with GRDP Management is crucial to help you gain
- a clarity on your expectation during the rotation
- Completing rotation projects and activities as required helps you further develop your work and gain
- experience and understandings from the various projects done.
- Executing lean and continuous improvement projects and activities demonstrates your commitment to
- the company and can personally help your Portfolio and Resume Enhancement
- Attending classroom instruction in subjects related to rotational experience, as necessary helps you
- understand the fundamental and helps in further Development
- Adhere to the guidelines of GRDP manual helps you have a structured Development as it obtains a
- structured learning style which could hep you gain diverse experiences and skills

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Eagerness to take on challenges and to learn new skills.
