Permanently night shift – 7pm to 4am
Handling of perishable items – i.e. vegetables and fruits
Able to identify various types of vegetables and fruits – i.e. actual names / common names / etc
Able to identify the quality of vegetables and fruits – i.e. selecting / rejecting / negotiating with suppliers
Able to justify pricing – regulating the price due to its perish-ability and limited-shelf-life
Must have good knowledge about cold room storage, inventory check, stocking, etc
Must be very good in mental calculation
Overall-In-Charge for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire area – i.e. cold room, packing area, main sales walkway, etc
Must be customer oriented
Must be a team leader - the entire operation centered under his command
Hand phone must be on standby around the clock
