Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial planning and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and analyzing variances.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, explaining key findings and making strategic recommendations.
- Assist in developing long-term financial models and business plans to support growth objectives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven suggestions for improvement.
- Continuously identify cost-saving and revenue-enhancing opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for board meetings and investor relations.
- Collaborate with accounting and other finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in FP&A to drive process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years of related experience
