This position will be assisting the IT manager in managing enhancements and issues for the in-house developed Clinical System that is built on top of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
The ideal candidate can be technical or techno-functional, with ability to supervise the development/vendor team to deliver changes through proper requirement/design documentation, and QA testing. He/She will also be required to facilitate/conduct user acceptance test and training
Main Responsibilities
- Plan/manage change requests and escalated tickets
- Ensure proper Requirement and Design documentation.
- Conduct business requirement and design review sessions where necessary.
- Supervise and quality control on development through scenario testing (Techno Functional). Quality control on development through source code review (Technical).
- Facilitate User Acceptance Test, Training
- To support deployment if necessary.
- Attend to escalated issues and regression testing
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Studies or related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Technical or Techno-functional experience in Microsoft .NET (Web app) technologies
- Familiar with Microsoft SQL and SSRS
- Experience in MS Dynamics CRM (2015 or other versions) will be advantageous.
- Experience in Healthcare or Finance domain will be advantageous.
- Experience in Integration with external/government agencies will be advantageous.
