Job Description & Requirements
1. Marketing Campaigns Management
- Create PPC and Social Media ads, Affiliate briefs, landing page creation and any other promotional material such as brochures, flyers, roller banners, etc.
- Work with the team to deliver effective campaigns and tactical plans that drive new business, support the strategy and KPIs
- Work with the marketing team to ensure all online and offline activity for the brand is up to date, consistent and on-brand
- Assist the marketing managers to create video testimonials for the brand as well as to coordinate events/seminars/webinars to increase brand awareness
2. Digital Marketing Performance
- Assist the digital marketing teams in managing the performance of all our digital campaigns (PPC, Paid and Non-Paid Social Media, Affiliates and Third-Party websites) and provide direction to the marketing agency to improve results
3. Website Management, Redevelopment & E-Commerce
- Assist the Commercial Director with the re-development of LSBF website and with the launch of LSBF Singapore’s e-commerce site
4. Customer Experience/Journey
- Improve costumier journey across all touchpoints for both prospective and current students as well as graduates
- Manage retention and upsell to existing customers, understanding their value and impact on the business’ revenue
5. Annual Audits
- Ensure compliance with our accreditations, ensuring job logs are kept up-to-date along with all evidence of claims and published information across all channels
- Lead on the bi-annual website audits, ensuring the website is up to date and accurate
6. People Management
- Lead, motivate the team and meet the desired objectives with the team
- Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
7. Content Creation
- Develop content strategy that is aligned to the goals of LSBF
- Create and publish engaging content to achieve set objectives
8. E-Commerce
- Create promotional strategies for the e-commerce site to drive traffic and encourage sales
- Create and manage the product portfolio for the e-commerce site
- Create and publish engaging content to achieve set objectives
- Oversee the promotion of the site.
9. Digital Lead Generation
- Work with the digital teams to meet the digital lead generation goals for Singapore and international markets as per the marketing budget
10. Management of the marketing budget
- Assist the Commercial Director in the management of the marketing budget
11. Digital Analytics
- Analyze the marketing data & share detailed reports with the management
12. Competitor Analysis
- Conduct periodic competitor analysis and report to the management
Requirements
- Degree/Professional Diploma/WSQ Diploma/ITE in marketing or a related subject
- Strong skill sets in Digital Marketing & Branding
- Fresh graduate welcome
- Exposure to digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Google Ads, Social Media, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS)
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms like Magento
- Good analytical/numerical skills to be able to prepare and understand detailed marketing reports
- Thorough attention to detail & multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work
- Solid business acumen, management and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management, organization and leadership skills
- Strong written and spoken communication skills (English and Bilingual)
