- Position Title: Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Executive/Specialist (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
- Working Location: Boon Lay
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP), including (3 cycles weekly), entering or validating invoices, checking SOA to ensure completeness, and attending to vendor queries.
- Perform timely and accurate closing of the AP module, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee supplier payment schedules, thoroughly reviewing statements to prevent any missed invoices.
- Prepare and Analyse AP-related reports.
- Conduct Bank Reconciliations.
- Maintain and update an accrual list to account for recurring invoices unrecorded at month-end.
- Contribute to automation initiatives by participating in system implementation projects.
- Handle additional ad-hoc projects as required.

- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- With experience with ERP system
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- With good knowledge of GST
