The programme
Our Corporate Graduate Programme is aimed at Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD applicants from both technical and non-technical backgrounds. To be eligible you must have graduated or be able to graduate by the end of 2023.

The position
The Renewables (REN) area in Equinor is developing and delivering wind and solar power, storage solutions and hydrogen. We have great ambitions and aim to grow almost 20 times the size within renewables as we are today by 2030. REN aims to do this by combining Equinor’s broad energy competence, project delivery capabilities and ability to integrate technological solutions. To do this we also need young talents with an eye for the future.
Within Renewables, we are hiring for a graduate within Strategy & Business Development discipline in Singapore as part of growing our renewables business in Asia Pacific region. By joining our team, you will be expected to work within a broad spectrum of responsibilities within the renewables space and have the opportunity to:
- Implement Renewables strategy and secure access to new profitable opportunities in Asia Pacific region;
- Undertake Offshore wind market assessments and competitiveness in selected countries in Asia Pacific;
- Contribute to executing the agreed business plan in the region;
- Contribute to identifying, evaluating and executing M&A transactions;
- Overall support in early phase business development activities; and
- Collaborate closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, such as external regulators, internal business developers, license partners, technical professionals, external contractors, etc.

- Master’s degree or PhD with strong academic record within Business administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Project development, and Business development
- Completed degree within year of starting (2024)
- Fluent in English
- Formal experience is not a requirement
- Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
