• Assisting Executive Managers and CEO in managing office administration matters
• Managing office administrative duties such as answering calls, attend to visitors, opening/sorting of mails, liaising with service providers on office equipment/facility maintenance, etc.
• Maintain the office cleanliness and office supplies
• Assist in managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondences; travel arrangements and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
• Assist in preparation of various reports/PowerPoint presentations
• Maintain effective filing of documents
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma with relevant experiences
• At least 2 years of working experience in admin/accounting/projects or portfolio management.
• Good working attitude, meticulous and eager to learn
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy
• Office location: Near Tiong Bahru/Redhill
