- Required skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in ITSM support using BMC Helix.

- Experience in providing technical support to clients.

- Understanding the requirements and functional design
- Performing Build and Unit Test
- Providing bug fix support for System Test
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
