Job Description

  • Provide full support to the Project Management team.
  • Be responsible for the planning and coordination of the project with internal and external customers.
  • Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management.
  • Ensure smooth processing and execution of related task through proper and timely coordination with internal and external parties, suppliers and the authority.
  • On-site audit whenever required.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

  • Preferably experiences in project planning and coordination
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and basic technical/vehicular understanding
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Has sense of urgency and able to produce quality work within tight timelines
  • Highly adaptable and receptive to changes, with high level of independence and initiative.
  • Good personality with good integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
  • A valid Class 3 driving license, own a car will be advantageous.
  • Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
