We are Looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives for our Retail store at Harbourfront centre. If you have a passion for sales, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect products, we want to hear from you!
Store Location: Harbourfront centre
Joining Date : 11 March 2023
Workinhg hours: 11am to 9pm ( Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Starting from SGD 2400. (plus sales commissions )
Other perks: 10 days annual leave, shopping vouchers
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
• Assist customers in finding the right size, style, or product to meet their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Perform live streaming on various platforms like tiktok.
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience is must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Experience handling platforms like tiktok and is comfortable on-camera
