Job Overview:

As a Subscription Software Sales Representative at Sodainmind, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, showcasing the value of our subscription-based software solutions, and ultimately closing deals to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of software sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed through technology.


Responsibilities:


  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients in target industries and markets.
    Use a combination of cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to generate leads and opportunities.
    Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  2. Solution Presentation and Demonstration : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Sodainmind's subscription-based software solutions.
    Tailor presentations to the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
    Articulate the value proposition of our subscription model and the benefits of ongoing support and updates.
  3. Consultative Selling : Take a consultative approach to sales, understanding the unique challenges and goals of each prospect.
    Recommend solutions that align with the client's needs and objectives.
    Address objections and concerns effectively to move prospects through the sales process.
  4. Proposal Development and Negotiation : Prepare and present proposals outlining the terms, pricing, and benefits of our subscription offerings.
    Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
    Work closely with the sales and legal teams to finalize contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  5. Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
    Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
    Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to help clients maximize the value of their subscription.
  6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM software.
    Provide regular updates and forecasts to sales management on pipeline status, opportunities, and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in software sales, with a focus on subscription-based offerings.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) business models and sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Adaptability to navigate a fast-paced and evolving market landscape.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay current on industry trends and developments.
