- Cooking and Food Preparation Duties
-Ensure the quality and freshness of all sushi ingredients.
-Maintain a clean and organized sushi station.
-Manage safety and hygiene
Job Requirement
-At Least 3 Years of Kitchen Experience in Japanese Cuisine in Sushi and Hand rolls etc.
-Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
-Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
-Knowledge of best cooking practices
-Club experence is a plus
- 5 day work week
