· Manage human resources functions including hiring, interviewing, orientation, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, disciplinary procedures, staff benefits and claims, staff leave, recruitment grants, staff issues, etc
· Participate in projects & initiatives and manage HR projects particularly Performance Management System
· Develop/update HR policies & procedures and monitor compliance with regulations & internal policies
· Oversee administration of staff training matters including course evaluation, registration, government training grant claims, assessment records, etc
· Update and review of contracts, with attention to binding terms and conditions
· Oversee the health and safety of the workplace and facilities as well as maintenance activities and schedules

Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, or its equivalent
· Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
· Basic IT technical skills would be an added advantage
