Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service team in liaising with the main contractor on handover preparation by ensuring that the handover kit is complete on time with complete information.
- Conduct a quality inspection of the units to identify defects for rectification and certify unit readiness for handover prior to the Notice to Take Possession being served by ensuring that home units handed over to home buyers are in good condition.
- Ensure defects rectification is completed within the stipulated timeline by liaising with the main contractor and owners on rectification works and arranging joint inspections with owners on completion where necessary.
- Assist in the resolution of owners’ complaints arising from defects and other areas, and ensure owners’ complaints are satisfactorily resolved.
Requirements
- Min ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Real Estate/Building
- Min 2 – 3 years in real estate and customer service
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Pleasant, energetic personality with positive attitude
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Customer oriented
