- Achieve Company’s sales objectives.
- Compile information on customers’ complaints and feedbacks.
- Provide prompt responses to incoming email and phone enquiries.

Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of sales or business development experience in F&B/ Catering/ Hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff.
- Positive, confident and determined approach.
- Resilience and a high degree of self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A good level of numeracy.
- Customer-focused with good track record.
- Flexible with good prioritization of tasks.
