Job Descriptions
- Manage and oversee the smooth flow of operations in the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff including delegating of duties and manpower planning, and provide support whenever required
- Ensure the call-in and online reservations are well taken care of
- Handle and deliver orders accurately
- Inform the Kitchen and Wait Staff of any special food requirements or change of orders
- Ensure good customer service standards and strive for a memorable dining experience for guests
- Manage and address customers’ feedback and complaints promptly
- Explain to guests the menu items and restaurant background
- Offer recommendations when needed
- Recommend wine options
- Create and update drink menus
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Optimise beverage sales and profitability
- Maintain highest standard of cleanliness in the restaurant
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent
- At least 5 years proven work experience as a Front of House, or a similar role in the Hospitality industry
- Good knowledge in wine
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Well-groomed individual with a positive personality
- Restaurant is closed on Sunday
- 5 off days in a month
Working hours
- 2pm-11pm, Sunday Off. 6 days a week
