Desktop Engineer
Job Description
Provide IT support for client machines, operating systems and software for client's users in the areas of:
- Problem diagnosis and resolution
- PC deployments and setup
- Software installations
- Mobile devices support for corporate services
- End user training upon deployment of laptop including PC refresh
- Provides event/meeting room IT support connecting presentation laptop to AV system
- Any other tasks relating to endpoints support from time to time Skills required: Windows 10/11 knowledge, troubleshooting skills, OS issues and resolution. MAC knowledge and Network troubleshooting would be an advantage
