This is a 6-month contract role based in Singapore.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Government and Social Impact APAC Coordinator for a 6-month contract period. The ideal candidate will have experience with, or a demonstrated passion for the government and social impact ecosystem of partners. They should also have excellent collaboration and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nuanced partner support cases across the APAC region to ensure timely resolution and identify trends within support cases to help drive systematic improvements.
- Cultivate relationships and collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to shape, support, and execute product or project goals for the APAC team.
- Work with Partner Managers on specific projects and support new ideas through experimentation, ad hoc analytics, and framework development
- Review global or product specific collateral and update to align with local / APAC context.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and accountability on deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years' project management or program management experience.
- Experience prioritizing among conflicting demands.
- Experience working independently and taking initiative.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the APAC market and fluency in English.
