Position Summary:
We are seeking a Field Technician with Audio-Visual/Technology background. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of technical systems to further their career in a hands-on, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of AV/IT equipment at client sites.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
Required Education/Experience:
- At least 1 years of experience within the Audio-Visual/Technology industry
- Basic knowledge of audio-visual, electrical or related technology
- Experience dealing and providing solutions to clients on-site.
