Responsibilities
• Planning, recommending and customizing itineraries including booking hotels, flights, ground transportation
• Adheres to company standards in delivering customer service including professional telephone etiquette
• Handling all reservations requests/enquiries via emails and other online/offline channels
• Prepares and maintains reports for sales forecasting
• Ensure travel documents and invoices are processed accurately
• To coordinate and liaise with relevant departments internally such as Operations
• Ensure overall Customer satisfaction
• Assist with the invoicing and data entry
• Update petty cash book
• Handling drivers’ claims matter
• Simple filling and sorting out documentation
• To perform documentation work (from receiving, distribution, filling to archiving and disposing of documents)
• Ad hoc duties given by superior
Requirements
• Candidate should possess Diploma/Professional qualifications in the travel industry
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in the Travel Industry
• Prior experience with corporate sales and marketing will be advantage
• Good knowledge of tour products and tour leading
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and contribute to all areas
• Ability to handle stress and work in fast paced environment & extended hours
• Keen interest in local and international travel trends
• Excellent communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin
