Job Description
- Update supplier documents and conduct supplier evaluation
- Establish and update product specification and artwork verification. Ensure compliance of product formulations, product labels and health claims
- Responsible for shelf-life validation and NIP testing
- Provide technical information and support to other departments and customers’ request
- Assist in the implementation of food safety and quality systems and audits
- Any other duties assigned by QA manager
Job Requirements
- Diploma /Degree in Food Science or relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
