Main Functions & Responsibilities:
1. In charge of reception, registration and payment
2. In charge of clinic’s cleanliness
3. Dispensing and ordering of medication
4. Performance of other administrative and general duties in the clinic
5. Providing support to Clinic Manager and TCM practitioner when required
Competency Requirements:
· Minimum GCE “O” Level
· Basic IT knowledge
· Able to work independently and has initiative
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Pleasant disposition
· Organised and meticulous
· Experience preferred but not a must
