Duties and Responsibilities
- To manage price quotation, order fulfillment, backorder/backlog management for SEA countries
- Provide quotation to customer according to agreed price model
- Ensure order fulfillment within required timing, invoice issued timely and manage AR aging
- Manage backorders/order backlog closely by working with part supply planners/logistic team
- Engage with customer in issue/discrepancy escalation and resolution
- Maintain excellent customer relations and upkeep KPI standard
- Conduct internal process audit and ensure compliance
- Other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holders
- At least 3 years supply order fulfillment experience
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in computer spare parts supply chain
- Proficient in English
- Able to speak Mandarin in order to communicate with mandarin speaking vendors and customers will be an advantage
- Have initiative and be able to work independently in a fast pace environment
- Preferably with SAP knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office
