Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent frontline customer service and meticulous administrative support to the Outpatient Services
- Customer registration, appointment scheduling and reminders, collection of payment/deposits
- Respond to customer requests and enquiries
- Regularly update general patient records
- Undertake general reception and other adhoc clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE N’ Level or ITE Certificate holders are welcome to apply
- Prior customer service experience in relevant healthcare settings would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Ability to communicate in vernacular languages is an asset (in order to liaise with vernacular speaking associates/patients)
- Must be able to work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
