Job Description
- Support the CEO in managing all commercial, procurement, and contractual affairs related to the operation of power plants and mines.
- Conduct commercial reviews of new tenders, contracts, or contract amendments and provide recommendations to the CEO.
- Perform financial analysis and review the company's historical performance and projections.
- Review all project reports before submission to NEPCO, GOJ, lenders, and shareholders.
- Participate in commercial meetings with project stakeholders.
- Undertake specific tasks as directed by the CEO.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating leadership and a results-oriented approach.
- Capable of effectively managing across diverse cultures, with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated international track record, preferably in the power/infrastructure sector.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
