- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Maintain quality procedures, policies, and documentation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations (eg. ISO9001 etc.)
- Coordinate external audits to evaluate the quality and compliance of external partners and suppliers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality procedures, records, and reports.
- Ensure proper record keeping of audits, corrective actions, and other quality-related activities.
- Follow up on quality issues with suppliers and customers, 8D CAR report. Maintain NCMR.
- Perform incoming and outing product inspection
- Support all operational quality-related activities, including problem solving and implementation of improvement plans
- Responsible for the investigation and analysis of customer complaints. Follow-up with the relevant departments to review the risk impact and improvement actions to ensure that these are addressed and closed in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staffs and overseas counterpart, customers, suppliers and representatives from regulatory bodies.
- Willing to travel overseas for work as and when required
