Responsibilites
- Define and implement team objectives aligning with the corporate procurement strategy.
- Monitor on-time delivery to customers and supplier performance metrics, including OTD, Lead Time, Cost, RTV, and Supplier Capacity.
- Expedite materials and manage escalations with suppliers.
- Perform opportunity analysis to identify and execute projects that deliver efficiency gains, cost savings, and inventory reductions.
- Collaborate in New Product releases by managing purchasing, item and quote master settings, and expediting materials.
- Emphasize root cause understanding and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- About 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with leadership role
- Strong understanding of CM environment
