As a Contracts Manager, you need to have: • Basic degree in Infocomm, Business or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in both procurement and ICT Management. • Good knowledge of government Infocomm environment, procurement, and contract management practices, preferably with hands-on knowledge of GeBIZ. • Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. • Meticulous and independent, has excellent communication (both written & verbal) and be able to work effectively in a team and with all levels of management.
