Job Responsibilities

  • Addressing to customer enquiries by providing quotations, shipments updates and inovice bills
  • Coordinating receipt and record of incoming shipments
  • Arranging outgoing shipments by booking and liaisng with transport providers/carriers/vendors
  • Liaisng with departments making sure operation runs smoothly
  • Preparing and filing of shipping documentations
  • Ensure shipments are compliance with regulations and requirements
  • Develop and maintaion relationships with carriers, cusotms brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and other necessary papeworks
  • Work well with internal stakeholders within the company to ensure seamless logistics solutions for the customers
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned


Job Requirements

  • With at least 3 years of relevant expereince in the freight forwarding industry
  • Diploma in Logistics Managment or relevant studies
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Self motivated, able to work in a team and independently
  • Posses good communication and written skills
