Job Responsibilities
- Addressing to customer enquiries by providing quotations, shipments updates and inovice bills
- Coordinating receipt and record of incoming shipments
- Arranging outgoing shipments by booking and liaisng with transport providers/carriers/vendors
- Liaisng with departments making sure operation runs smoothly
- Preparing and filing of shipping documentations
- Ensure shipments are compliance with regulations and requirements
- Develop and maintaion relationships with carriers, cusotms brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and other necessary papeworks
- Work well with internal stakeholders within the company to ensure seamless logistics solutions for the customers
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- With at least 3 years of relevant expereince in the freight forwarding industry
- Diploma in Logistics Managment or relevant studies
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self motivated, able to work in a team and independently
- Posses good communication and written skills
