Your responsibilities include:
Mobility Consulting:
- Provide mobility consulting services to assignees and their families
- Prepare cost projection, and assignment letters and explain the relocation benefits to assignees
- Coordinate with relocation vendors on immigration and relocation logistics
- Act as the main point of contact for the assignees’ move from home to host country
- Track and monitor the progress of relocation activities
- Assist with bi-annual reviews of assignment allowances
- Assist to prepare monthly payroll instructions for assignees
Regional coordination
- Coordinate with KPMG offices on assignee tax matters
- For national insurance /pension funds, work with different KPMG entities to contact with client entities in different location
Our ideal candidate:
- At least 6 years related experience with a University degree in any discipline.
- Knowledge in global mobility, expatriate tax, or expatriate payroll will be an added advantage
- Possess the ability to work independently, multitask and perform in a fast pace environment.
- Strong organization skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with colleagues from various levels.
