Class 4 Driver cum Warehouse Assistant | Boon Lay
Working days: 5 days + 1st Saturday of the month (full day)
Working hours: 8:30am – 5:40pm ; Sat 8:30am – 5:00pm
Location: Gul Circle
Salary: Gross $3000 including OT
Company Transport pick up at Boon Lay MRT & Lunch provided
Job Description
- Daily vehicle maintenance checks
- Loading the packaging materials/tooling/equipment to lorry. (eg: jumbobags / pallet jet..etc)
- Ensure all packaging materials is weighted and hand over to Logistic
- Safe Drive and follow all applicable traffic and driving laws. Staying aware of and reporting any incidents on the road
- Provide onsite support (eg: Crushing HDDs / tape drives) or degaussing activities..etc
- Assist loading customer goods at customer site
- Ensure obtains customer’s signature (included Date / Times) for customer request form
- Ensure the collection no discrepancies (matching with the collection advice) and if any call back for confirmation
- Fill in the goods collection custody form (indicate the numbers of customer’s good / pallets / bags received) and hand over to GRN personnel for the follow up action
- Ensure proper fasten straps to secure load. Need to ensure that transportation meets safety compliance and regulations
- Unloading collected goods at our site
- Clean up lorry
- Park vehicle proper parking area
- Involve stock take exercise
- No collection schedules to follow general workers’ jobs scope
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Class 4 Singapore driving license with 24 feet lorry experience
- Familiar with Singapore route
