Job Description & Requirements
- Acknowledge, respond and handle customers' enquiries and expectations
- Deliver a variety of massage services, Facial services in a safe and comfortable manner
- Ensure personal/company sales targets meet
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
- Perform daily housekeeping/cleaning of facilities, as well as sanitization after every treatment session
- Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management
- Able to commit on weekends/public holidays, obligation to work on weekends
Requirements:
- Preferably with ITEC I WSQ certificate or massage certification
- Able to commit on weekends/public holidays, obligation to work on weekends due to high customer traffic
- Able to work long hours and overtime
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Foot reflexology and body massage/ facial / slimming)
- Able to withstand possible body odor from customer
- Pleasant personality and hardworking
- Possess knowledge of Traditional Chinese Massage, Chinese-style massage is a plus
- Local/PR preferable
- Permit holders are welcome
