Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Office Administrator to support our day-to-day office management and internal workflow. As the central figure in the office, you will ensure our internal operations are smooth and efficient, supporting our team to achieve the company's long-term growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate internal meetings and events to ensure good internal communication flow.
- Manage documents, records and office supplies to ensure a clean and organised office environment.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and management to effectively communicate information and decisions.
Requirements:
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with office management processes and relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Office Software
- Ability to multi-task independently with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent team player and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
