Our mission on the Sales Enablement team at Workday is to represent the needs of our sales teams, to equip, enable, and empower them for job readiness and success. You'll collaborate with the APJ leadership to uncover their teams' needs and advise them on enablement strategies.
About the Role
This role is based in Singapore. As the Field Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for new hire onboarding, building out and delivering skill development programs for the APJ Sales teams, and the execution and management of these programs jointly with leadership.The objectives are to shorten the time to ramp new hires and get them up and running effectively, identify development needs of the broader team, and provide improvement coaching on both a team and individual level to optimise the effectiveness of the team. Additionally, these investments in skills development will be critical in establishing a foundation of success and best practices for members of the sales teams to aid in their career development and job readiness.

- Extensive years of experience in lead generation / sales development position preferably B2B
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required
- High-caliber phone and listening skills. You must be engaging and compelling over the phone
- Ability to clearly articulate new methods and skills to team members
- Confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented attitude
- Superior interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast paced environment
- Ability to partner closely with management and senior leaders/stakeholders
