As a Project Director in the oil and gas industry, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects within the sector. 6. Manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance, ensuring cost control measures are implemented and financial targets are met.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
2. Proven experience (15+ years) in project management, with a focus on oil and gas projects, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
3. Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including technical, regulatory, and commercial aspects, and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
4. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.
5. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts in a dynamic project environment.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
