Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in project management, with a focus on oil and gas projects, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including technical, regulatory, and commercial aspects, and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts in a dynamic project environment.
