· Oversee daily operations that include order fulfilment, logistics, customer service, etc.
· Ensure deliveries and collections of products are completed in a timely manner.
· Handle all documentation required for transaction completion, including Delivery Order, Purchase Order, and Invoicing.
· Manage 3rd-party logistics providers and handle all inbound and outbound shipments.
· Manage Inventory and ensure restock of office/operational supplies.
· Handle customer and partner enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Attend weekly meeting and report on Operations department progress.
· Complete monthly business completion report to the finance department for data analysis.
· Establish and update Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Enforce operation cost cutting, such as sourcing for vendors with lower cost, etc.
· Enforce and bookkeep all PDPA requests, such as updates and access of personal data from outside the organisation.
· Liaise with colleagues in other departments on operation matters.
· Lead and guide colleagues in the Operations department.
