Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions
- Review financial data and prepare monthly MIS & annual reports at Sub-group level.
- Prepare full sets of books of account
- Managing flow of cash, banking
- Preparing & Reviewing monthly Balance Sheet Schedule after timely closing of books of account
- Handle intercompany transaction and reconciliation
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures
- Responsible for monthly compliance such as GST, payroll taxes, etc.
- Liaise with auditors to facilitate and ensure timely completion of audit
- Liaise with company secretaries and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance
- Perform other projects as assigned by the Management
The Requirements:
- Graduated/about to graduate in Business, Accountancy, or a related field
- Prior work experience with finance or accounts is a plus
- Competent in handling of MS Office applications
- Proficient user of finance software (XERO)
- Commitment, ability to work independently, motivated and accurate
- Receptive to feedback and eager to learn
