Our client is a well-funded mobile game producer headquartered in Singapore. They have successfully launched three global mobile games with over 20 million players to date. They are looking for 3-5 game operation specialists based in Singapore to support their global user communities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage player communities, and organize community events regularly to enhance community engagement and retention.
- Perform multidimensional analysis of game versions, summarize version performance, and provide optimization recommendations to the team while coordinating their execution.
- Exhibit high data sensitivity to deeply explore user demands through data analysis, expanding the game's commercial potential.
- Monitor game-related data, and promptly identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth game operations.
- Conduct regular retrospectives, compile project reports, internally accumulate experience within the team, and provide data analysis and theoretical support for the formulation of subsequent game version strategies.
- Immerse yourself in the gaming experience, understand player needs through interactions with players, collect player activity suggestions, and provide timely feedback.
Requirements:
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
- Familiar with game-related suggestion channels, such as email and AIHelp
