- The main job duties include attending to customer enquiries via case management (CRM) and FormSG
- Answer customer enquiries relating to GIRO applications. This will be done mostly via email. Phone calls may need to be made occasionally.
- Answering enquiries requires checking of information from various excel files and checking with various parties.
- Identify list of urgent CRM cases and assigning them to relevant officers.
- Any other duties assigned by managers.
Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans may apply
- Basic Microsoft Office skills e.g. Excel and Word
- Undaunted by having to process a significant volume of data
